Upon breaking the seal of a product, YOU assume full responsibility for your actions and any adverse health events or complications. Taking substances every day can be habit forming please be mindful.

If issues have occurred with your shipment being lost, stolen, late, damaged, or has an alert of any kind during transit, you need to contact USPS/UPS and give them the corresponding tracking number and shipping details.

On rare occasion mistakes happen or special circumstaces arise which warrant a replacement to be sent out. If a rare situation has occured please contact us immediatley. This must be done within 5 days of package showing delivered. We must first investigate the issue to determine a resolution. If this unfortunately has occurred please send photographs to heavenlyherbalhouseLLC@gmail.com with details of issue for review. If it is deemed our fault we will ship replacement to address on file.
